JULYX Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with JULYX.
We currently offer delivery to the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.
Delivery Costs
UK standard delivery is £3.99 for orders under £75.
Free UK standard delivery is available on orders over £75.
International delivery to Europe and the United States is £7.99, or the equivalent amount shown at checkout depending on your location and currency settings.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
UK Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery Times
International delivery usually takes 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, promotional periods, customs checks, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Import Processing
For international orders, customs and import processing are handled by our fulfilment and delivery partners.
Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling charges will be managed as part of the fulfilment and delivery process.
JULYX does not charge customers additional customs or import fees after checkout.
If a courier contacts you requesting an unexpected customs, duty or import payment, please contact us at contact@julyx.co.uk before making payment so we can review the issue.
JULYX is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, courier processing, local delivery services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. JULYX is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@julyx.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it for you.
If we are unable to deliver your order within the agreed delivery timeframe, we will contact you with an update.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
